WAIVER OF LIABILITY — This agreement releases the Council of Jewish Organizations of Flatbush, Inc. (“COJO”) from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during/at the Chol Hamoed Extravaganza on East 17th Street Brooklyn, NY (bet. Avenue L & Avenue M) on this day of April 5, 2026 (during activity, on location, etc.). By signing this agreement, I agree that I, along with my party, will abide by all rules set by ride operators. I agree to hold COJO and all vendors participating, entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility, lost items, or injury to myself or my group/family at COJO’s Chol Hamoed Extravaganza. I am aware and agree that COJO reserves the right to use photos taken at the event.
